Managing Director Mr Roger Rouse, has over 20 years experience in helping the hard of hearing. He is registered with the Hearing Aid Council and is a member of the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists.

21st Century Hearing has forged strong links with other hearing aid practices throughout the U.K therefore ensuring that the services offered are personal and localised.

All Private Independent Hearing Aid dispensers linked with 21st Century Hearing Ltd, are Registered with "The Hearing Aid Council".


Client Charter
Initially all communication with your local Hearing Aid Dispenser, will be via 21st Century Hearing Ltd.

We will then arrange a FREE hearing consultation via a local hearing aid dispenser. They will then be able to give you the necessary advice. Should you decide to purchase a hearing system, the hearing aid dispenser will then discuss the terms and conditions.

The hearing aid dispenser will be able to provide you with on going after care including replacement batteries, servicing and regular hearing health checks.

All Hearing Aid Dispensers linked with 21st Century Hearing Ltd, must comply with the Code of Practice of the Hearing Aid Council. (copies available on request)
